To Celebrate TAEYONG's The 2nd Mini album, 'TAP,' we will be hosting a VIDEO CALL EVENT featuring TAEYONG.
To participate, please carefully review the provided instructions and precautions below.

[What is a VIDEO CALL EVENT?]

Selected participants will be granted a 1:1 video call session with TAEYONG through a mobile messenger in addition to getting a personalized autograph from the artist on the album purchased.

**All participants will receive an exclusive, unreleased selfie photocard on the day of the event.**

Acquire TAEYONG's The 2nd Mini album 'TAP' on SMTOWN GLOBAL during the event entry period to be automatically enrolled in the drawing. A total of 30 winners will be chosen to take part in the event.

1. Exclusively available to SMTOWN GLOBAL members, please be sure you are logged in to ensure your participation in this event.
2. Entries for the event are recorded based on the recipient's name.
3. Eligibility for the event will be forfeited if the recipient's name fails to align with the purchaser's name.
4. Participation in the event is contingent on the recipient's name being formatted as per the provided guidelines; deviations will result in removal.
5. Albums acquired for event entry will be dispatched sequentially once the event concludes.
6. Video call opportunity is only for selected participants. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited, and any modifications to contact information are not allowed.
7. The video call offer will be voided if the participant is not the rightful winner. Consequences may arise for all winnings associated with the username in the event of a confirmed transfer. Please be aware that any drawbacks resulting from transfers are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Participants are required to submit accurate contact information for the recipient's name. Details pertaining to event-related information for winners will be communicated to the recipient's contact details.
9. The albums you purchased within the event timeframe, along with the associated orders that do not include the album required for the fansign autographs, will be shipped to the address provided with your order once the event concludes.
10. You are automatically entered in the event when you purchase this product. Please place your order carefully as exchanges and refunds are not offered.
11. Notice regarding Photo Card condition: Small scratches may be detected due to the material nature of photo cards. Scratches, nicks, and dents under 5MM and not on the face including the back of the photo card) are not grounds for exchange/return.
12. Event details may undergo alterations or cancellations. Notification will be issued in the event of any such changes or cancellations.
13. In the event of missing contents, any inquiries will require a video showcasing the package being opened. Please be aware that processing such inquiries is contingent upon the submission of a video detailing the product unpacking process.
14. In adherence to data protection regulations, the following information is gathered and utilized for dispatching the product and preventing duplicate wins:
    - Personal Information Recipient: SMTOWN GLOBAL
    - Collected Information: Name, username, contact information, email address, shipping address
    - Purpose of Collection: Participation in the VIDEO CALL EVENT
    - Period of Use: Information will be discarded once the intended purpose is achieved (7 days after the conclusion of the event).
    - Failure to furnish accurate information within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of your winnings.
15. If you are selected, an email containing an ID verification form will be sent to you. Kindly complete it promptly, paying heed to the precautions outlined below.
    - Utilize your Legal Name in English and include the 8-digit date of birth from your ID or passport during the application process.
    (For international participants, entry is permissible only if their name corresponds to the English name on their passport.)
    - Accepted forms of identification for verification purposes include valid passports, driver's licenses, and state-issued legal IDs.
    **Please note that other forms of identification, such as student IDs, employee cards, health insurance cards, Resident Registration Certificates, expired passports, and expired Registration Cards, will not be accepted.

[Video Call Event Rules]

1. Video calls will exclusively be conducted using the Video Call feature on KakaoTalk. Ensure that your phone is compatible with the KakaoTalk app. Please be aware that this video call event will be conducted solely via the Video Call feature on KakaoTalk.
2. Winners will receive an email containing an ID verification form to confirm the purchaser's identity. A KakaoTalk username is required.
3. Only those who are selected are eligible to participate in this event. Please enter the accurate information of the individual who will take part in this event, as the modification of phone numbers or information is not permitted once the entry is complete.
4. Each winner will be allocated approximately 2 minutes per video call. Please be aware that the call may be canceled if the winner fails to participate personally or invites another participant to join the call.
5. This event will be conducted in the sequence of the numbers provided in the winner announcement.
6. Recording and live-streaming the call on social media are strictly prohibited.
7. To ensure the smooth operation of the event, kindly refrain from calling or texting the event contact number.
8. Calls will be canceled if unanswered more than two times. Please verify the call start time and ensure your availability during the specified period before entering this event.
9. Your participation may be denied if the conversation during the call is deemed inappropriate.
10. Please be aware that video calls will be limited to approximately 2 minutes per person.
11. Calls will be conducted in the order and at the times specified in advance. We cannot provide assistance for calls that do not connect or for difficulties using KakaoTalk. Please read all event details and participate only if you have no issues using the Video Call feature on KakaoTalk at the event time.
12. Calls that cannot connect or are disconnected due to network issues on the winner's end will not be reattempted. Please check your network environment in advance.
13. Please note that calls may be terminated without consent after the allocated time, even if the winner remains on the line.
